VRM failure
Dead or shorted MOSFETs, failed power stages, VCore or SOC rail not coming up.

Super I/O fault
Board takes power but won't attempt boot. Power button unresponsive. SIO internally damaged.

BIOS corruption
Failed BIOS update, bad flash, or chip failure. We read, reflash, or replace the BIOS chip.

CPU debug light stuck
Board halts at CPU POST code. Usually a power sequence issue upstream of the socket.

Physical damage
Knocked-off components, PCB scratches, bent pins, liquid damage, lifted pads. Assessed case by case.

We don't accept boards blind. Every repair starts with a written estimate you approve before anything ships.

Submit your request
Fill out the repair form below. Describe the symptom, attach photos of the board. We review every request within 1–2 business days and let you know if we'll accept it.

Receive a written estimate
If accepted, you get an estimate by email within a payment link — diagnostic fee, estimated labor, any known parts. You approve it before sending anything. No surprises.

Pay the diagnostic deposit, then ship
Once the estimate is approved and the deposit is paid, we send you a prepaid shipping label and packaging instructions. Drop it off at any USPS location.

Diagnosis and repair
Board arrives, we diagnose. If the actual repair cost differs from the estimate, we send an updated quote before proceeding. You're in control at every step.

Board returned, working
Repaired board ships back with a 60-day warranty on the repair. If we can't fix it, you only pay the diagnostic fee.

Do you charge if you can't fix the board?
You pay the $39.99 diagnostic fee only. If we can't identify the fault or the repair isn't viable, that's all you owe — and we cover return shipping. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 5-10 business days of the board arriving. Complex faults — BGA rework, trace repair, sourcing rare components — may take longer. We'll let you know upfront if that's the case.
Do you accept every board submitted?
No. We review each request before accepting. Boards with severe physical damage, missing major components, or faults outside our current scope may be declined. You'll always get a clear answer either way.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes — 60 days on the specific repair performed. If the same fault returns within that window, we fix it at no additional charge. This doesn't cover new or unrelated failures.
Can I see your previous work?
Yes. The FixThePixel YouTube channel documents real repairs in full — diagnostic process, root cause, and resolution. No edits, no staged boards.
